Most packs are provisioned and delivered within one business day. Domain registrations may take a little longer if we need to confirm your exact names. You'll see each order and its status under your dashboard.

Yes. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record — card details never touch our servers. You'll complete checkout on Dodo's secure hosted payment page.

We're finalizing supplier rates. Packs marked draft aren't open for checkout yet — the buy button is disabled until pricing is confirmed. Everything you can actually purchase shows a firm price.

Absolutely. If you need a bigger bulk order, a specific TLD, or a server spec we don't list, email hello@cheaperai.tech with the details and we'll put together a custom quote.

Because packs are provisioned to order (domains are registered, servers and storage are allocated), refunds are handled case by case before fulfillment begins. If something goes wrong on our side, we make it right — reach out and we'll sort it.

No. Every pack is a one-time purchase for a fixed term (typically one year). You own what you buy and there's nothing to cancel. We'll remind you before a term ends so you can choose to renew.
